Convenient and Clean Stay

I found the hotel very clean and the staff friendly. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation. The train station nearby made going to the city center easy. I also appreciated the food in the lounge. Every meal we ordered tasted delicious.
I noticed a very slight issue, the gym could be a bit small, though this did not bother me, as I was mainly visiting the city.

The room included fresh towels daily and a comfortable bed. The room featured a kettle, refrigerator, and safe. An ironing board was also available in the room. All of these amenities worked well for my stay.

The room was clean. The location is great, a quick walk to the arena. it was easy to grab a scooter just outside the hotel, made getting around very convenient. i found the ease of check-in quite efficient!
This was bothersome. the bathroom's glass walls did not provide much privacy! i found the room small.

room issues detracted from the stay
frosted bathroom glasslimited tv channels
I encountered issues with the room that negatively impacted my stay. the frosted glass bathroom offered little privacy. I could clearly see the person inside. also, the tv offered only local channels. I expected more options for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The room was spacious. the bathroom is in the corner, its walls are frosted glass. It was interesting! the kettle did not work, but the staff provided boiling water. i found great value for the money. the metro station is a short walk away. it takes approximately 20-25 minutes to reach the city center. i also walked to the train station in about 10 minutes. the accommodation was clean, and the staff quickly provided a new towel upon request.

i appreciate the good room. i really like the good bathroom with a good shower. the water pressure was good, not much is always appreciated. the proximity to the metro makes it very convenient.
the staff don't want to help in any way, when i speak up about my issues, they treated me very differently.
